Conditions/extras

**Booking and Cancellation Policy**

A deposit of 25% of the total amount is required at the time of booking. The remaining balance must be paid no later than 14 days before arrival.
We will contact you after your booking to confirm all the details.

Cancellations must be made in writing and will be confirmed by us in writing. A processing fee of €15 may apply.

The following cancellation conditions apply:
- Up to the 90th day before arrival: 25% of the total amount is payable.
- Up to the 30th day before arrival: 50% of the total amount is payable.
- From the 29th day before arrival: 90% of the total amount is payable.

We recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance to cover any potential cancellation costs.
