Description
A modern holiday apartment in a newly built solid wood house, combining sustainable materials with high-quality comfort. The custom-made carpenter kitchen is fully equipped, and two quiet bedrooms provide restful sleep. An infrared cabin in the bathroom offers relaxation after an active day. Electric vehicles can be charged conveniently on site using the property's own power supply. We are happy to welcome families with children aged 12 and over. Please note that, due to the building design, the apartment is not suitable for younger children.
Environment description
Unterwössen is set in the heart of the Chiemgau Alps and offers an ideal base for an active holiday. Hiking, cycling, paragliding and climbing are all easily accessible in the surrounding area. Cross-country skiing trails and ski resorts are just a short drive away. Traditional festivals, regional cuisine and local customs shape village life. Popular destinations such as Lake Chiemsee and Salzburg can be reached quickly and easily.

The prices quoted do not include the visitor's tax of EUR 2.00 per person/night for adults aged 16 and over. Children aged 6 to 15: EUR 1.00, children aged 0 to 5 are exempt from the visitor's tax.
Arrival Description
By car (from motorway A8):Take exit Bernau am Chiemsee or Grabenstätt. Follow the B305 towards Reit im Winkl via Marquartstein to Unterwössen. After the Sparkasse bank, turn right. Nearest airports:Munich Airport (MUC) - approx. 120 kmSalzburg Airport (SZG) - approx. 60 km Both airports offer rental cars and train connections to the region.
