A warm welcome! Our family-run guesthouse is situated in a quiet and idyllic location near the Tiroler Ache river and comprises 9 rooms and 1 apartment on different floors. A cosy lounge with TV is at your disposal. The comfortable rooms are new and furnished in country house style, have shower/WC and TV. Small groups as well as families are welcome. Ideal starting point for bicycle tours and excursions in the region, be it by car, motorbike or bus and train. Public transport is nearby.

Short stay supplement 1-3 days: EUR 11,00 per day and person. Bicycle garage, lounge, car park at the house, pets on request, The prices quoted do not include the tourist tax of EUR 1.00 per person/night for adults. Children from 7 to 16 years: EUR 0.50. Children under 7 years: EUR 0.00 (1 April to 31 October) and EUR 0.40 per person/night for adults and children from 7 to 16 years. You reach us by train with the destination Übersee. By car you take the motorway A8 Munich_Salzburg till the exit Grabenstätt in dircetion Reit im Winkl/Übersee. after the bridge over the river Tiroler Ache turn left afer 150 meter to Obermoosen after another 100 meter you will find house number 5 on you left.
