Description

Our family-run house is situated in a quiet, dreamlike location on a hill with a magnificent panoramic view of the entire mountain panorama between Berchtesgaden and Königssee and of the famous Watzmann. Ideal starting point for hikes or mountain tours, whether on foot or by bike, also for walks on cleared winter hiking trails or to go cross-country skiing for a short time. Quick to reach is also one of our ski areas on the Jenner, or maybe go sledding? Ski storage facilities are available and we will gladly help you out with a sled. Also carriage rides through a snowy winter landscape make the vacation a successful experience. Our house has an elevator (rooms 8,9,10,11 on the 1st floor are not accessible), cozy lounges, panoramic terrace with large lawn and seating. In the morning we welcome you with our rich extended breakfast with buffet. In the evening you can order a snack or drinks from us. A guest refrigerator is also available. The nearest bus stop is only about 100 m away.

The above prices are plus spa tax of 3.10 euros for adults, 1.55 euros for children/youth from 7 to 16 years of age and 0.00 euros for children from 0 - 6 years per person and day of stay. (subject to change)

Arrival Description

From the highway A8 exit Piding B20 direction Bad Reichenhall (If you continue VIGNETTENPFLICHT!), (after about 20 min) through Bischofswiesen, around Berchtesgaden to the intersection Berchtesgaden left/Ramsau right. Turn right towards Ramsau B305, next turn left Schönau (Stangerberg/Löslerstr.), at the intersection turn left into Storchenstraße, from there straight (keep a little left) into Oberschönauerstr. look for brown street signs. After the stores (approx. 200m) and the Gasthof Kohlhiasl, the next turn right on the hill you will find us. By train: from the main station Berchtesgaden, RVO buses line 843 - Schönau-Königssee/Unterstein go directly to almost our front door. Stop Kohlhiasl. There are also cabs directly in front of the HBH. After arrangement also we are gladly ready to fetch you.flight to Airport Salzburg. After arrangement and with a duration of stay of at least 7àœ, we pick you up free of charge from the airport and bring you there again. For a shorter stay, a small fee will be charged.
