Our cozy one-room apartment is separated by a partial wall into living room and bedroom. In the sleeping part you will find a double bed and enough storage space for clothes and linen. The living part is equipped with couch, TV armchair, coffee table, cable TV, dining area and lovingly selected accessories. A small, functional, well-equipped kitchen and shower/WC complete your vacation home. You can deposit your valuables in the free safe.

Description

Our vacation apartment is located in a flat building with a separate entrance, which is connected to our residential house. Surrounded by a well-kept garden you live in a quiet residential area in close proximity to the walking trails on the Traun River.- Parking at the house.- South and east terrace each with garden furniture (partly covered).- Lawn for sunbathing.- Year-round heated rooms.- Ski slope and ski school Westernberg in 1 km distance.- Access well cleared. Please call us in case of a booking afterwards briefly. Gladly we give you then still more detailed information to our apartment. Animals are welcome: Dogs 8,00 Euro/day, Cats 3,00 Euro/day, Birds etc. only by arrangement. Your advantage: We are a partner company of the Chiemgau Card On your arrival you will receive the Chiemgau Card, with which you can enjoy numerous free offers in and around Ruhpolding. Among other things, you have access to mountain railways, ski lifts and adventure pools as well as various museums and guided hikes. You can also hire bikes free of charge and use public transport such as the regional buses and the Bavarian regional railway between Ruhpolding and Traunstein. So you can experience the region to the full and at the same time be surprised by the many free offers. We will be happy to send you further information and the detailed terms of use on request.

terms/extras

The prices quoted do not include the tourist tax applicable during your stay. This is 2.90 Euro per adult (aged 16 and over) per night and 1.70 Euro per child aged 6-15 per night. No tourist tax is charged for children aged 0 - 5 years.
