Newly built pool house with swimming pond in a quiet location between the Alps and Lake Chiemsee. Perfectly suited for all hikers, cyclists and motorcyclists. It awaits you on 72sqm a modern ambience, fully equipped kitchen, 2 bathrooms and direct access to the swimming pond.The pool house is openly designed and flooded with light. On the first floor you can open all doors to the swimming pond, so you can sit directly on the water and jump into the clear water from the living room at will.Our pool house is located directly on the edge of the Chiemgau Alps. Hiking and biking trails start practically behind the house, Lake Chiemsee is within easy reach. Ideal also as a starting point for motorcycle tours through the Chiemgau Alps. A carport is available with a connection for electric vehicles (2 ebikes can be rented).On foot you can easily reach the nearby culinary and cultural offers.We hope you are as enthusiastic as we are and look forward to seeing you !

The mentioned prices are plus visitor's tax i.H.v. 1,00 EUR per person/night for adults. Children from 6 to 17 years: 0,50 EUR. Children from 0 to 5 years as well as severely handicapped persons from 80% are free of charge. Deposit payment within the first 7 days after booking, balance payment at the latest 4 weeks before arrival.
