Description
The family-run Annemarie guesthouse is situated in a quiet location, yet right in the centre of Reit im Winkl. We offer two single and two double rooms as well as two holiday flats. All accommodations have a balcony with a wonderful view. Our lounge with tiled stove is available for cosy get-togethers. On our terrace and the large sunbathing lawn, sun-seekers will find time to relax. We are happy to offer you our varied breakfast and, on request, our bread roll service. Bus stop, cross-country skiing tracks and hiking trails are in the immediate vicinity. This makes our house a popular starting point for sports activities. A covered parking space (carport) is available for your car. Your advantage as our guest: We are a partner rental company/business of the Reit im Winkl Swimming Card. This gives you the opportunity to receive additional free services in addition to our own services, such as free admission to the Reit im Winkl outdoor pool, the Kössen forest swimming pool, and the east shore and lake promenade at Walchsee. Environment description
Reit im Winkl climatic health resort According to Wikipedia, the title "climatic health resort" is awarded to "places whose air and climate, according to an expert opinion, have properties that are conducive to recreation and health. Reit im Winkl was designated a climatic health resort in 1956 and since then has repeatedly met the requirements for the certificate by making efforts. For one thing, the altitude ensures that the summer heat remains moderate and the nights pleasantly cool. The village is surrounded by extensive mountain forests of the Chiemgau Alps and belongs to the "Bavarian Alps" climate district. The weather character is decisively determined by the conditions, i.e. by the influence of the mountain ranges and the valley incisions on the weather pattern. In addition to the natural conditions for good air, we actively take care with the natural warmth or ample bus offers that the good mountain air is preserved for us.
About the host
Unser Haus ist eim familär geführter Familienbetrieb. Nach meiner Ausbildung zu Hotelfachfrau arbeitete ich in der hiesigen Tourtist Info. Vor 20 Jahre übernahm ich den Familienbetrieb.
