Our spacious and comfortable two-room flat with east-facing balcony, newly renovated in 2022, is located on the southern edge of the village. Your car is safely parked in the underground garage, from where you can easily bring your skis or bicycles to your own lockable cellar room (incl. boot dryer and bicycle rack). There is a bus stop about 50 metres from the house. From here you can go directly to the skiing area Winklmoos-Alm- Steinplatte. Hiking trails, cross-country skiing trails and shopping facilities are in the immediate vicinity. For the athletes among our guests, we offer additional amenities together with the municipality. Your advantage as our guest: We are a partner rental company/business of the Reit im Winkl Swimming Card. This gives you the opportunity to receive additional free services in addition to our own services, such as free admission to the Reit im Winkl outdoor pool, the Kössen forest swimming pool, and the east shore and lake promenade at Walchsee. Arrival Description

By car to Reit im Winkl: Coming from Munich on the A 8 motorway, take the Grabenstätt exit. From there take the Bundesstraße 305 (German Alpine Road) to Reit im Winkl (27km). The Inntal motorway offers an alternative. Turn off shortly before Rosenheim at the "Inntaldreieck" and drive to the Oberaudorf exit. From there, take the Austrian federal road 172 to Reit im Winkl. Coming from Salzburg, take the motorway (A 8) to the Inzell-Ruhpolding exit and continue via Ruhpolding to Reit im Winkl. By train to Reit im Winkl: The nearest train station is in Prien am Chiemsee. From here you have the best bus connections (RVO bus line 9505) to Reit im Winkl. By plane: Munich Airport is approx. 140 km and Salzburg Airport approx. 70 km from Reit im Winkl.
