The traditional property was completely renovated in 2021 and since then welcomes its guests in 3 exclusive flats. Each flat shines with its individual style and immediately conveys a feeling of security and being at home. On the large terrace and balconies you can experience magical sunsets and have a direct view of nature and the mountains. Your advantage as our guest: We are a partner rental company/business of the Reit im Winkl Swimming Card. This gives you the opportunity to receive additional free or discounted services in addition to our own services, such as free admission to the Reit im Winkl outdoor pool, the Kössen forest swimming pool, and the east shore and lake promenade at Walchsee. You also receive a 50% discount on the 3-hour ticket at Vita-Alpina in Ruhpolding.
Environment description
A 2-minute walk to the cross-country skiing paradise of Reit im Winkl, a 20-minute walk to the town center and a 10-minute drive to the Steinplatte ski paradise - and yet you can still enjoy your privacy thanks to the special, prominent location of this property. A comfortable, heated ski cellar is available for your sports equipment. Would you prefer to take the bus to the ski paradise? Leave your car in the on-site garage and walk to the bus stop - right outside the front door! Also in summer there are numerous leisure activities. You can explore the region on the well-developed bike paths. Challenging mountain bike tours into the mountains are possible from about May. After a hiking or mountain tour on the many routes, cozy alpine pastures invite you to a snack and Kaiserschmarrn. The Weitsee is for guests as well as for locals a small paradise for bathing, swimming and splashing around.

Arrival Description
Mit dem Auto nach Reit im Winkl: Kommend aus Richtung München auf der A 8 fahren Sie bis zur Ausfahrt Grabenstätt. Von dort auf der Bundesstraße 305 (Deutsche Alpenstraße) bis nach Reit im Winkl (27km). Eine Alternative bietet die Inntalautobahn. Sie biegen kurz vor Rosenheim am Inntaldreieck ab und fahren bis zur Ausfahrt Oberaudorf. Von dort auf der österreichischen Bundesstraße 172 bis nach Reit im Winkl. Von Richtung Salzburg kommend, fahren Sie auf der Autobahn (A 8) bis zur Ausfahrt Inzell-Ruhpolding und weiter über Ruhpolding nach Reit im Winkl. Mit der Bahn nach Reit im Winkl: Der nächste Bahnhof ist in Prien am Chiemsee. Ab hier haben Sie die besten Busverbindungen (RVO-Bus Linie 9505) nach Reit im Winkl. Mit dem Flugzeug: Der Flughafen München ist ca. 140 km und der Flughafen Salzburg ca. 70 km von Reit im Winkl entfernt.
