Located on one of the most beautiful spots in Upper Bavaria, you will find everything you need for a relaxing and restorative holiday. The cosy atmosphere and the individual and attentive guest service of our house will make you quickly forget the stress of everyday life. Our generously equipped holiday flats all have a shower/WC, a kitchen, TV, telephone and balcony. On our sun terrace and the large sunbathing lawn right next to the house, sun-seekers will get their money's worth. Our little guests can let off steam to their heart's content on a playground or at table tennis. Our house is the ideal starting point for wonderful hikes, cross-country skiing fun and fun on the slopes Your advantage as our guest: We are a partner rental company/business of the Reit im Winkl Swimming Card. This gives you the opportunity to receive additional free services in addition to our own services, such as free admission to the Reit im Winkl outdoor pool, the Kössen forest swimming pool, and the east shore and lake promenade at Walchsee. We are also a partner rental company/operator of the Benzeck ski lifts. This means that, in addition to our own services, you can enjoy other free services such as free travel on the Benzeck lifts in winter (EUR1.00 contribution towards costs). There is also a ski cellar in the house. The bus stop/ski bus is about 20 m away.
Environment description
Reit im Winkl climatic health resort According to Wikipedia, the title "climatic health resort" is awarded to "places whose air and climate, according to an expert opinion, have properties that are conducive to recreation and health. Reit im Winkl was designated a climatic health resort in 1956 and since then has repeatedly met the requirements for the certificate by making efforts. For one thing, the altitude ensures that the summer heat remains moderate and the nights pleasantly cool. The village is surrounded by extensive mountain forests of the Chiemgau Alps and belongs to the "Bavarian Alps" climate district. The weather character is decisively determined by the conditions, i.e. by the influence of the mountain ranges and the valley incisions on the weather pattern. Arrival Description
By car to Reit im Winkl... Coming from Munich on the A 8 motorway, take the Grabenstätt exit. From there take the Bundesstraße 305 (German Alpine Road) to Reit im Winkl (27km). The Inntal motorway offers an alternative. Turn off shortly before Rosenheim at the Inntaldreieck and drive to the Oberaudorf exit. From there, take the Austrian federal road 172 to Reit im Winkl. Coming from Salzburg, take the motorway (A 8) to the Inzell-Ruhpolding exit and continue via Ruhpolding to Reit im Winkl. By train to Reit im Winkl... The nearest train station is in Prien am Chiemsee. From here you have the best bus connections (RVO bus line 9505) to Reit im Winkl. By plane... Munich Airport is approx. 140 km and Salzburg Airport approx. 70 km from Reit im Winkl. Once you arrive in Reit Im Winkl, you will enter the Entfelden district. Then enter the Hagebuttenweg.
