Our Alpenrose guesthouse is centrally located with a magnificent mountain view in Reit im Winkl in Chiemgau. In the midst of this picturesque mountain world, surrounded by healthy mountain air, you will spend your most beautiful weeks of the year. Cosy double rooms and a holiday flat await you. Furthermore, a comfortable breakfast and lounge are at your disposal. In summer you can use our sun terrace with sunbathing lawn. For guests whose 1st residence is not in Germany, a deposit of 20% is required. In less than five minutes you can walk to the outdoor swimming pool with a 105-metre water slide and beach volleyball court. The bus stop to the Winklmoosalm and Hindenburghütte are just a few steps away. Our winter guests will find the children's ski schools as well as the entrance to the over 50 km long, perfectly groomed Reit im Winkler cross-country skiing network in the immediate vicinity. Reit im Winkl climatic health resort According to Wikipedia, the title "climatic health resort" is awarded to "places whose air and climate, according to an expert opinion, have properties that are conducive to recreation and health. Reit im Winkl was designated a climatic health resort in 1956 and since then has repeatedly met the requirements for the certificate by making efforts. For one thing, the altitude ensures that the summer heat remains moderate and the nights pleasantly cool. The village is surrounded by extensive mountain forests of the Chiemgau Alps and belongs to the "Bavarian Alps" climate district. Arrival Description

Leave the motorway A8 Munich-Salzburg at the exit Bernau and turn left in the direction of Grassau - Marquartstein and from there in the direction of Reit im Winkl. At the police station in Reit im Winkl turn into Schwimmbadstraße, after approx. 300 m turn left into Walmbergstraße.
