The cosy two-room holiday flat on the 1st floor has a size of 45m2. From the sunny west-facing balcony you can enjoy an unobstructed view of the Reit im Winkler mountains. In the comfortably furnished kitchen-cum-living-room with dining area and sofa as well as flat screen TV and DVD player you can really enjoy your holiday. The kitchenette is equipped with dishwasher, oven, microwave and 4-plate ceranfled. Coffee filters, sugar, cleaning accessories and a small selection of teas as well as spices are part of the basic equipment. The bedroom is furnished with solid wood furniture and the sleeping area can be switched off so that nothing stands in the way of a restful night's sleep. When designing the flat, we placed special emphasis on ecological and natural housing construction. Controlled living space ventilation, heat for the underfloor heating from our wood chip heating system and wooden floors additionally ensure a homely, harmonious and allergy-friendly environment.
