Our lovingly furnished 65 m2 holiday flat with 2 separate bedrooms for 2-4 people is located in the southern part of Reit im Winkl in a sunny location with magnificent mountain views. The town centre with all shops, restaurants and leisure facilities can be reached in a few minutes on foot. The cosy 3-room flat with real wood parquet floors in the attic extends over the entire floor. Fully equipped kitchen-diner with dining area, dishwasher, electric cooker with ceramic hob/oven, coffee machine, microwave, toaster, kettle, extractor fan and radio with CD player. The separate living room with balcony and cosy sofa corner, armchair, wardrobe and flat-screen TV (SAT) with internet connection is ideal for relaxing. 2 separate bedrooms with double beds and access to the balcony. Large shower with level access, washbasin made from local apple wood, mirror with integrated lighting and clock, seating, chest of drawers for utensils, hairdryer and cosmetic mirror. Spacious WC. Large hallway area with wardrobe and full-length mirror, additional storage room. The 2 balconies facing east and west are furnished with seating and offer a magnificent view of the mountains. Reit im Winkl climatic health resort According to Wikipedia, the title of climatic health resort is awarded to "places whose air and climate, according to an expert opinion, have properties that are conducive to recreation and health." Reit im Winkl was designated a climatic health resort in 1956 and since then has repeatedly fulfilled the requirements for the certificate by making efforts. Firstly, the altitude, which ensures that the summer heat remains moderate and the nights pleasantly cool. The village is surrounded by extensive mountain forests of the Chiemgau Alps and belongs to the "Bavarian Alps" climate district. The weather character is decisively determined by the conditions, i.e. by the influence of the mountain ranges and the valley incisions on the weather pattern. Arrival Description

By car to Reit im Winkl: Coming from Munich on the A 8 motorway, take the Grabenstätt exit. From there take the Bundesstraße 305 (German Alpine Road) to Reit im Winkl (27km). The Inntal motorway offers an alternative. Turn off shortly before Rosenheim at the Inntaldreieck and drive to the Oberaudorf exit. From there, take the Austrian federal road 172 to Reit im Winkl. Coming from Salzburg, take the motorway (A 8) to the Inzell-Ruhpolding exit and continue via Ruhpolding to Reit im Winkl. By train to Reit im Winkl: The nearest railway station is in Prien am Chiemsee. From here you have the best bus connections (RVO bus line 9505) to Reit im Winkl. By plane: Munich airport is approx. 140 km and Salzburg airport approx. 70 km from Reit im Winkl.
