Our holiday flat is located in the heart of Reit im Winkl on the south side of the Hausberg, only a 2-minute walk from the centre. The modernly furnished 2-room holiday flat is ideal for 2 people (max. 2 adults, 2 children) and is conveniently located on the ground floor. The separate bedroom has a double bed with orthopaedic mattresses, size 90 cm x 200 cm each. Two bedside shelves, a wardrobe, coat rack, chairs and a cocktail chair complete the furnishings. Modern bathroom with shower/WC, towel heating, sufficient bathroom furniture and travel hairdryer. The bedroom/living room/kitchen has a sofa bed for max. two children, two tables and chairs, two cocktail chairs and a flat screen TV. The mini kitchen has a fridge, two hotplates, kettle, coffee maker, egg boiler and toaster. Cooking utensils and crockery are provided. Towels and bed linen are also included in the price. Arrival Description

By car: Exit A8 Bernau via Marquartstein to Reit im Winkl. Continue through the village, past the church and right (straight ahead) into Hausbachweg, next possible turn right into Birnbacher Straße.
