Description

The complex Luitpold am See Haus 1 & Haus 2 with the "Seerestaurant" (art nouveau villa) and the two hotel buildings is located in Prien directly at the Chiemsee. HOUSE 1 (54 rooms) and the "Seerestaurant" (magnificent view of the lake and the Bavarian Alps) are located directly at the Chiemsee. HAUS 2 (24 rooms) is about 100 m away from the lake. The comfortable rooms (all with bath/shower, WC, hairdryer, cable TV, free W-Lan access, telephone, safe) provide a familiar and friendly atmosphere. In the lake restaurant in the art nouveau villa with lake terrace (seasonal) we serve Bavarian and international dishes all day from 11.00 a.m., as well as specialties from the in-house pastry shop. Parking free of charge garage on request and for a fee. The surcharge for your dog is 12 EUR per day (without food).The boat departure to the Herren- and Fraueninsel is next to HAUS1. In the immediate vicinity of the hotel is a mini golf course with bicycle rental, the "PRIENAVERA Erlebnisbad" with lido and sailing, electric and rowing boat rental (on the lake promenade). In 200 m distance starts the Chiemsee-(Rad)rundweg: by bike you can go around the Chiemsee in about 4 - 6 hours.

Arrival Description

You can reach us via the freeway A8 (Munich- Salzburg), exit Bernau/ Chiemsee. At the traffic circle before Prien take the first exit on the right, direction Chiemsee (-boating) until you reach the district Prien/Stock. The access road (via/in the pedestrian zone) is signposted. (NOTE Navi: Please enter the address: Seestrasse 101 and drive into the pedestrian zone)Free parking is available at both hotel buildings.
