From the west-facing living room with a panoramic window front and balcony you have a wonderful, free and undeveloped view into the garden and across the fields to the forest. Environment description
Location: quiet location on the edge of the forest (rural environment) in dead end. Ideal starting point for hiking, jogging and cycling. Everything you need for daily needs can be reached within 500 meters. To the village center it is about 1 km, to the lake about 2.5 km and to the shopping facilities about 800 m.

The above prices are plus spa tax in the amount of: Persons from 16 years = 2 EUR. Severely disabled persons with 80 to GdB 99% from 16 years = 1 EUR. Children and teenagers 7 up to and including 15 years = 1 EUR. Severely disabled children and young people with 80 to GdB 99% 7 to incl. 15 years = 0,50 EUR. Children up to and including 6 years | Severely disabled persons with GdB 100% and their accompanying persons | Business travelers = 0 EURPlease note that upon arrival and so that after the online booking can be secured and no fake bookings arise, a deposit of 30% of the booking total is due within 14 days after booking. The remaining 70% of the booking amount is due 4 weeks before arrival. You will receive a written confirmation of receipt of payment from the host after the 30% and 70% payments have been received.
