The holiday flat is located in a block of flats in Frühlingstraße in Oberaudorf. Your flat is on the 1st floor of the building. Parking is available in front of the house. The train station can be reached on foot in approx. 15 minutes, as can the centre of Oberaudorf.

A deposit is charged at the time of booking. If the deposit is not received within 14 days of receipt of the invoice, the booking will be cancelled. We will contact you after booking. The remaining amount is due 14 days before arrival. A processing fee of EUR10 will be charged for cancellations! The prices quoted do not include the visitor's tax: Adults EUR 2.00/night. Children under the age of 16, persons with a severe disability of 80% or more, their accompanying persons and persons staying in the municipality of Oberaudorf for professional purposes are free of charge. Persons with a severe disability of 50 % to 79 % are entitled to a 50 % discount.

Arrival Description

Ab der Autobahnausfahrt Oberaudorf folgen Sie der Beschilderung Richtung Ortszentrum. An der Kreuzung nach der Bahnunterführung biegen Sie recht in die Kufsteiner Straße. Dieser folgen Sie durch das Dorfzentrum, weiter der gleichen Straße die ab der Kirche Rosenheimer Straße heißt, vorbei an der Abzweigung zum Bahnhof und nach ca. 500 Meter links abbiegen in die Sudelfeldstraße. An der nächsten Abzweigung (nach ca. 700 Meter) links in die Auerbachstraße und nach wenigen Metern in die Frühlingstraße abbiegen. Auf der linken Seite befindet sich Hausnummer 13. Im 1. Stock befindet sich die Ferienwohnung. Parkmöglichkeiten stehen im Hof zur Verfügung.
