Description
The special thing about our holiday home is the great location directly at the valley station of the Hocheck leisure and skiing area. We are a young family and have furnished the semi-detached house for rent as a holiday home. The semi-detached house, built in 1991, has 105 sqm of living space divided into 4 rooms, kitchen, bathroom and WC. It is located directly at the car park of the Hocheck ski and leisure area, so that all interesting destinations of the village centre are within walking distance. Lake Luegstein is also a good 15-minute walk away. Occupancy is possible with up to 8 people. Dogs are also welcome.
Environment description
In the middle of the Bavarian Inn Valley, nestled between the Wendelstein Mountains, the Inn River and the famous Kaiser Mountains, lies the idyllic holiday destination of Oberaudorf. Here in the foothills of the Alps, just a stone's throw away from Tyrol and the Chiemgau region, close to the Bavarian capital Munich, guests will find pure relaxation and recreation. Here you will find everything you need for nature-based relaxation: Mountains, fantastic lakes, numerous hiking and cycling trails, ski and toboggan runs as well as cross-country skiing trails and a special highlight for families - the Oberaudorf-Hocheck adventure mountain. With good infrastructure and a wide range of recreational, leisure and cultural activities, the destination also offers numerous opportunities for holiday planning.

The prices quoted do not include the visitor's tax: Adults EUR 2.00/night. Children under the age of 16, persons with a severe disability of 80% or more, their accompanying persons and persons staying in the municipality of Oberaudorf for professional purposes are free of charge. Persons with a severe disability of 50 % to 79 % are entitled to a 50 % discount. A damage deposit of EUR 150 is required before arrival. This is to be transferred with the travel price. The deposit will be refunded by return transfer approx. 1 week after departure if no settlement is necessary. Free cancellation is possible up to 30 days before departure. The deposit (20% of the total cost is due with booking) will then be refunded.
Arrival Description
Motorway A93 exit Oberaudorf. From here follow the signs to the Hocheck cable cars. Access to the house directly via the car park at the valley station.
