Feel at home in our very quiet house on the sunny side of Inzell. Biking and hiking trails as well as cross-country skiing tracks pass directly by the house. In a few minutes you can walk to the village center with spa park, natural swimming lake and indoor pool with sauna area as well as to the ice rink.Our three spacious, modernly equipped vacation apartments offer comfort including satellite LCD TV and W-Lan. In each case a separate bedroom, bathroom with shower/WC and kitchen (with dishwasher and microwave) leave nothing to be desired. An extra twin room with shower/WC and balcony can be added.From the balcony you can enjoy a wonderful panoramic view of the Inzell mountains. The garden with sunbathing lawn offers space for sunny hours. In the basement is a game room with billiards, an internet computer and many games. For small children we provide free cribs as well as high chairs. Dogs are welcome. We are a non-smoking house. Parking, washing machine and dryer are available. Your bicycles are in good hands in the garage. We are happy to pick up our guests from the train station Traunstein.We look forward to welcoming you as our guests.

Use free of charge and carefree many leisure activities in Inzell and the Chiemgau. The services include, for example, mountain railroads, museum visits, bathing park with sauna, public buses in the region and much more.
