Welcome to our well-kept house. It is centrally located and yet very quiet. Two generously and comfortably furnished vacation apartments are available. Our vacation apartments are equipped with all necessary facilities, including cable TV and additional SAT TV, radio with CD/MP3 player, telephone, coffee machine, free Wlan connection, bed linen, as well as hand and shower towels.In summer you can enjoy wonderful hikes to the surrounding mountains and alpine pastures, bike tours through our beautiful landscape or relax in our bathing park designed as a natural lake with indoor pool and sauna.In winter wonderful cross-country skiing on our extremely good and well-kept cross-country ski trails with a total length of over 40 km, tobogganing on the 600 m long natural toboggan run with floodlights and toboggan rental. Ice sports in our world-famous ice rink (Max Aicher Arena) such as speed skating, public skating, curling, etc. Horse-drawn carriage rides, regular events, ski lifts, ski schools, round out the sports and recreational offerings in our climatic health resort.

Prices plus spa tax per person/night:Adults EUR 2,10, children 6-15 years EUR 1,00, children up to 5 years free. Garage in winter: 3,- EURO/day. In our house you get the free Chiemgau Card! Use free of charge and carefree many leisure activities in Inzell and the Chiemgau. The services include e.g. mountain railroads, museum visits, bathing park with sauna, public buses in the region and much more. Valid for all services is always the current list of services.

Freeway Munich - Salzburg (A8) - Exit 112 Inzell at km 99 - B 306 11 km to Inzell - at the village entrance turn right towards the village center - at the bus station turn right into Bauhofstrasse - 1st street on the right into Kreuzbaumstrasse - after 30m turn left into Kohlstattstrasse.
