Welcome to our vacationflat Alpen View :) Alpen View means enjyoing vacation surrounded by majestic mountains and a breathtaking landscape. Dive into this exceptional surrounding and choose between a variety of activities. Discover the scenic mountains of the "Voralpenland", cross the boarder towards Austria, spend time in one of the many skiareas around, play golf on the 18 hole goldcourse of the Golf Resort Achental only minutes walking distance, enjoy bycicle-tours, relax in one of the thermal baths or a summer vacation at lake Chiemsee. Furthermore, the cities Salzburg (Austria) and Munich are only an hour b y car away. If you prefer public transport, you can find a trainstation in the next village that has hourly conncetions in both directions. The flat has: One bedroom with king-size bed, a big closet, and a balcony with a view of the mountains.A kitchen with all necessities: fridge, oven, cooktop, dishwasher, coffeemachine, kettle, etc.A bathroom equipped with a washing machine, a rainforst shower and a bathtub for your relaxation.A living room with big TV, expandable couch for two, a big table, a high table and a relaxing readin/suncorner by the balcony, which offers a view to both sides of the alps. On this balcony you can find a table with chairs and a small couch. We are looking forward to welcoming you to our vacationflat Alpen View!

Die genannten Preise sind zzgl. Kurbeitrag i.H.v. 1,00 EUR pro Person/Nacht für Erwachsene. Kinder von 6 bis 17 Jahren: 0,50 EUR. Kinder von 0 bis 5 Jahre sowie Schwerbehinderte ab 80% sind kurbeitragsfrei. Bitte überweisen Sie den Restbetrag 1 Woche vor Anreise !

Arrival Description

Coming from the A8 direction Salzburg, your best option is to take the exit in Bernau. From there it's another 10-15 Minutes drive over the countryside to Grassau. Coming from the A8 direction Munich your best options are Grabenstätt and Übersee, both maybe another 10-15 Minutes to the destination. Follow either way your navogation towards Grassau. You take the smaller road next to the entrance of the hotel "Golf Resort Achtenal" and drive it straight ahead until you end up at some parkingspots in front of you. The one that has a board with "Parkplatz Alpen View" is yours :)
