Quiet location with mountain view, 5 minutes walk to the center. Guest refrigerator, breakfast buffet in the winter garden, sunbathing lawn. Rooms with shower/WC and rooms with shower/WC on the floor, 1 vacation apartment. Directly at the Bodensee-Königsee cycle track. Cyclists and hikers are welcome! Breakfast buffet with partly own products from organic farming.

Environment description

Bei uns kann man viel mit dem Fahrrad unternehmen. Der Chiemsee ist ca. 8 km mit dem Fahrrad oder Auto zu erreichen. Die Bushaltestelle ist in unmittelbarer Nähe. Mit der Chiemgau Karte kann man die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel in unserer Umgebung kostenlos nutzen. Von uns aus kann man direkt auf die Grassauer Almen wandern. Wir können den Hochgern, den Hochfelln, den Schnappenberg mit seiner schönen Schnappenkirche und die Hochplatte von unserem Haus aus sehen. In unserer Straße gibt es einen Kinderspielplatz und in 5 Gehminuten ist man am Sportplatz. Außerdem gibt es in unserem Ort viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Cafes, Restaurants etc. Der Golfplatz und das Hochmoor ist in unserer Nähe.

About the host

Wir sind eine 6 köpfige Familie und betreiben eine kleine Bio Landwirtschaft im Nebenerwerb. Wir haben BIO Rinder auf der Weide und Hühner mit Gockel im Obstgarten. Wir sind ein Bio Betrieb mit Heidelbeerplantage und etlichen Obstbäumen.
