Welcome to the Benzmühle guesthouse. Only a 15-minute walk from Reit im Winkl, we are in a wonderfully secluded location. Four newly renovated comfort flats 4**** and 5***** from 38 to 80 sqm for 2-6 persons with a special ambience await you. Enjoy the free view of the surrounding mountains from every room with balcony or terrace. You have free internet access and ample parking space is at your disposal. Here you can spend the most precious days of the year with dear friends or family. Our house is perfectly suitable for groups of up to 16 people and you can use the separate farmhouse parlour with tiled stove for a joint breakfast or a cosy evening. With us, everyone will find the right thing for them, and we will also be happy to advise them. Your advantage as our guest: We are partner landlords/operators of the Reit im Winkl swimming card. This gives you the opportunity to receive further free services in addition to our own, such as free admission to the Reit im Winkl open-air swimming pool, the Kössen forest swimming pool and the lido pools at Walchsee.
Environment description
Reit im Winkl climatic health resort According to Wikipedia, the title of climatic health resort is awarded to "towns and villages whose air and climate, according to an expert report, have properties that are conducive to recreation and health. Reit im Winkl was designated a climatic health resort in 1956 and since then has repeatedly met the requirements for the certificate by making efforts. For one thing, the altitude ensures that the summer heat remains moderate and the nights pleasantly cool. The village is surrounded by extensive mountain forests of the Chiemgau Alps and belongs to the "Bavarian Alps" climate district. The weather character is decisively determined by the conditions, i.e. by the influence of the mountain ranges and the valley incisions on the weather events.In addition to the natural conditions for good air, we actively take care with the natural warmth or ample bus offers that the good mountain air is preserved for us.

Arrival Description
Leave the motorway A8 Munich-Salzburg at the exit Bernau and turn left in the direction of Grassau - Marquartstein and from there in the direction of Reit im Winkl. In Reit im Winkl, to get to the Benzmühle, drive along Weitseestraße until you come to a crossroads. There you turn right into Blindau. After approx. 100 m turn right into Mühlenweg.
