House description: The 80 sqm apartment or semi-detached house has a separate entrance. On the ground floor there is a garden with a sitting area and a sunshade. The south balcony is also equipped with seating. On the ground floor there is the living area, kitchen, utility room and a separate toilet. Two bedrooms and a bathroom are on the 1st floor. The free parking is directly in front of your door and space for parking bicycles is also available.Environmental description: In Bergen im Chiemgau, at the foot of the Hochfelln and with a direct view of the mountain is our vacation apartment. Ideal starting point for various excursions, whether on foot, by bike or by car. Public transport and an e-filling station for mobility are available for you in the immediate vicinity. The prices quoted do not include the visitor's tax of EUR 1.10 per person/per day of stay for persons over the age of 16. Children and young people from the age of 6 to the age of 16, as well as severely disabled persons whose degree of disability is 100 percent: EUR 0.55. Children up to the age of 6 are free of spa fees. Washing machine or dryer per load / filling 5,00 EUR usage fee.
