The apartment is located in a multiple dwelling in the 7th upper floor and is about 2 Elevators easy to reach. The non-smoking apartment was renovated in 2017. The bed, wardrobe and The coffee table was made for us by a local carpenter. You enter the apartment and find a kitchen on the right which is equipped with all necessary appliances. In addition to refrigerator with freezer compartment, electric stove with ceramic hob and oven, you will find crockery, cutlery, a coffee machine, a toaster and a kettle. We are happy to provide our guests with coffee and tea, filter bags, vinegar and oil, sugar, salt and pepper free of charge. The kitchen has a window that can be opened for a pleasant light. On the left, you will find a renovated bathroom, a shower with hand shower, a large washbasin and toilet. The bathroom is equipped with electric heating. Free towels, soap and a hair dryer are available. From the hallway you continue into the large living/bedroom. Here you will find a massive wooden bed (160 cm x 200 cm) with slatted frame, adjustable in head and foot section and also makes it possible to individually adjust the lying hardness. The mattress is a is an orthopaedic 7-zone HR cold foam mattress H3. We provide bed linen free of charge for our guests. The cosy dining area with table and upholstered leather chairs invites you to linger. Here you can start the day in a cosy atmosphere and enjoy the fantastic view. to enjoy the city of Bad Reichenhall. Relax on the balcony with morning sun.
