Beautiful quiet location on the southern outskirts of the village towards Sachrang with a wonderful mountain view. Our house is located in the Schwarzenstein district between Aschau im Chiemgau and the mountaineering village of Sachrang, only 200 m to the bus stop in both directions. 3 km to Hohenaschau Castle and the valley station of the Kampenwand cable car. Hiking trails into the mountains or walking trails along the Prien from the house. Many mountain bike tours right from the front door. Ideal starting point for numerous excursions towards Chiemsee, Kufstein, Munich and Salzburg. By car you can reach the village with its various shopping facilities and restaurants in 5 minutes. For the guest rooms we offer breakfast in our breakfast room and we have a small additional lounge with TV for you, for the holiday flat breakfast is only possible in advance on request. Arrival Description

Mit dem Auto: Autobahn A8 München/Salzburg - Ausfahrt Aschau / Frasdorf oder Bernau, links Richtung Aschau/Kampenwandbahn. Von Frasdorf kommend: vorbei an der Ortseinfahrt Aschau i.Ch., geradeaus auf der Rosenheimer Straße, an der Tankstelle vorbei. Am Kreisverkehr nehmen Sie die 1. Ausfahrt Richtung Kampenwandseilbahn. Folgen Sie dem Straßenverlauf ca. 5 km durch den Ort in Richtung Schloss Hohenaschau, vorbei an der Kampenwandbahn und Ortsschildende, weiter vorbei am Ortsweiler Außerwald, anschließend erreichen Sie nach 500 m den Ortsweiler Schwarzenstein. Sie biegen links ab, unser Haus ist das zweite Haus auf der rechten Seite.
