28 m² holiday flat living room with open-plan kitchen and separate bedroom

Our lovingly furnished non-smoking holiday flat on the ground floor offers 28 square metres of space for two people - ideal for a relaxing break for two. Enjoy sunny hours on the south-facing terrace with a magnificent view of the mountains and Hohenaschau Castle. The flat has an open-plan living area with kitchen, dining area and comfortable sofa for watching television (flat-screen satellite TV, free WiFi). The kitchenette is equipped with a small ceramic hob, oven, refrigerator and filter coffee machine. The separate bedroom with double bed has direct access to the terrace. The modern bathroom has a shower, toilet and hairdryer. We are happy to provide a cot on request. The ground-level access with only one step makes the apartment disabled-friendly (not wheelchair-accessible). Please note that pets are not allowed.

Description

Holidays at the foot of the Kampenwand - welcome to Hohenaschau. Our quiet two-family house is located on the outskirts of Hohenaschau, nestled in an idyllic residential area with views of the mountains and Hohenaschau Castle. The cosy holiday flat is on the ground floor and offers parking for your car. Explore the surrounding area at your leisure on foot: Hohenaschau Castle with its falconry, the Kampenwand cable car and rustic Bavarian restaurants are just a few minutes' walk away. Hiking enthusiasts can set off into the Chiemgau mountains right from the front door, and cyclists will also find plenty to enjoy in the Chiemsee/Chiemgau region. Shopping facilities and the railway station are about a 15-minute walk away. Please note: pets are not allowed.

For children and young people aged 6 to 15, the visitor's tax is EUR1.80 per person/night. Children up to the age of 5 are exempt from local tax. Arrival Description

From the A8 motorway, take the Aschau/Frasdorf exit to Aschau. In the village, follow the signs to Sachrang for approx. 700 m. Below Hohenaschau Castle, turn left into the street "Am Hofbichl". Take the second turning "Am Hofbichl" to the left.
