Description
The cottages are located on the outskirts of the village in a well-kept, natural environment.Three vacation homes with loggia belong to the vacation home complex - garden furniture is also not missing, an in-house parking lot, a large playground and sunbathing lawn with children's playground, a covered barbecue area with barbecue fireplace and cozy rustic furnished lounge, the "Wisentbar".
Of course, there is also a washing and drying room with washing machine and dryer at your disposal - of course, everything included!
Conditions/extras
In case of unannounced no-show on the day of arrival, the rental price is due in full and will not be refunded.Announced late arrivals do not entitle to a (pro rata) refund of the rental price. The same applies to earlier departures.
Cancellation up to one month before the beginning of the rental period is free of charge; any deposit will be refunded in this case.
Cancellations less than 4 weeks and up to 2 weeks before the beginning of the rental period are subject to a cancellation fee of 20% of the rental price.
In case of cancellation less than 2 weeks up to 1 week before the beginning of the rental period, the cancellation fee is 50% of the rental price.
If the booking is cancelled less than 1 week before the start of the rental period, 90 % of the total price will be charged as cancellation fee.
If the rental property can be rented to another party, the cancellation fee is reduced to 20% of the rental price.
Terms of payment:
Bank transfer or payment via Paypal 4 weeks before arrival.
