The 5-star superior Hotel Maximilian's is one of the most traditional hotels in Germany and looks back on an impressive history of more than 300 years. With 132 rooms and over 1,200 m² of event space, Hotel Maximilian's presents itself as the first hotel on the square. Gastronomically, you can expect the Sartory restaurant, awarded with a MICHELIN star, the maximilian°s with front kitchen and sun terrace as well as the bar 3M. In addition, the hotel has a 360 m² SPA.

In the total of 132 elegantly furnished and air-conditioned rooms you stay at the highest level. Choose between 20 m² and 85 m² in the categories Classic, Superior, Executive and Suite. In addition, a barrier-free room, allergy rooms and studios with small kitchen for long-term stays are available.

The Sartory restaurant, which has been awarded with a MICHELIN star, is the culinary highlight of the hotel. Based on French haute cuisine, host and kitchen director Simon Lang creates flavorful taste experiences, which are rounded off by a select and fine wine selection.

As a hotspot in downtown Augsburg, restaurant maximilian°s offers "best urban kitchen". Creativity, freshness and high quality form the basis for the dishes from the metropolises of the world.
The Bar 3M is a special hot spot in the heart of Augsburg thanks to the selected cocktails, regional brandies, non-alcoholic refreshments and classic bar food.

For events, there are twelve variable rooms between 26 m² and 538 m² on a total area of over 1,200 m². In addition, a lounge terrace in the inner courtyard and several foyer areas are available.

The 360 m² Day SPA with an aroma brine steam bath, a bio sauna, a Finnish sauna and an associated relaxation room is the ideal place to unwind and relax. A fitness room and a separate ladies' sauna are also part of the orientally designed wellness area.
