Very quietly located apartment on the 1st floor, 73 sqm with light attic and beautiful balcony with evening sun. The spacious apartment has a bedroom, a bathroom with window, shower and bathtub, hairdryer, as well as 2024 by a dormer completely redesigned, large living room with extended kitchen, dining and living room and new vinyl floor. The bedroom is furnished with a comfortable 1.8 m x 2 m double bed and has an external roller blind for complete blackout. A new vinyl floor was also laid here at the beginning of 2025. There is now also a second TV in the bedroom (no aerial connection) with Blu-ray player (many DVDs available) and connection options for a TV stick. The living room offers an additional sleeping area with a single fold-out sofa bed. This has a sleeping area of 1.5 x 2 m and a slatted frame and mattress for a restful night's sleep. All rooms can be reached via the spacious hallway. The kitchen is fully equipped with a 4-ring hob, oven, dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine, kettle, toaster and a fridge-freezer. The large living area offers a dining area for 4 people next to the kitchen, as well as two comfortable sofas with a view of the HD TV, free WiFi and streaming-enabled Internet. High chair and cot/folding bed to set up in the flat. Mosquito screens in the living room and bedroom. Bed linen and towels are provided and a cordless telephone for free national calls is available to our guests. Please note that dogs and other pets are unfortunately not permitted in the flats.

The spacious two-room non-smoking apartment App25 (73 m2) impresses with a light-flooded living room with dormer window and its own balcony. It is located in the well-maintained Gschwendtnerhof holiday complex with a total of 26 individually designed apartments. At an altitude of 840 metres in the idyllic high valley of Hintergschwendt - between Aschau im Chiemgau and Bernau am Chiemsee - you can enjoy peace and quiet, nature and a fantastic mountain backdrop, surrounded by meadows and forests between Kampenwand and Chiemsee. The apartment is the ideal starting point for hikes, bike tours and excursions in the region. Shops and restaurants of all kinds can be found in nearby Aschau or Bernau. A well-kept communal garden with wooden loungers, outdoor seating, barbecue area and open fire pit invites you to relax and socialise. In the basement, guests have access to a sauna, a coin-operated washing machine and a coin-operated dryer. There is also a storage room, a drying room with ski storage and a cosy lounge with table tennis, table football, a play area and seating. Wi-Fi and ample parking are available free of charge. Please note that pets are not allowed in this apartment (App25). A bread roll service is available from March to November. Order and pay conveniently yourself - for an enjoyable start to the day.

The nearby Lake Chiemsee - affectionately known as the 'Bavarian Sea' - is only about ten minutes away by car and offers a wide range of opportunities for steamboat trips, including visits to Herrenchiemsee Palace and the idyllic Fraueninsel, as well as water sports and relaxing days spent swimming. For those interested in culture, there is a wealth of excursion destinations: the cities of Salzburg, Munich and Kufstein, as well as the picturesque Königssee, are easily accessible in just over an hour and invite you to enjoy a variety of day trips.

A8 München-Salzburg, Ausfahrt Frasdorf/Aschau. Nach 4 km biegen Sie in Aschau, am Kreisverkehr in Richtung Bernau/Prien ab. 3 km weiter zweigt in Außerkoy eine Straße rechts ab. Sie folgen der Beschilderung "Gschwendtnerhof" und fahren 3 km bergauf, bis Sie das Hochtal von Hintergschwendt erreichen. Vor dem Haus finden Sie einen großen Parkplatz.
