The large south-facing balcony is perfect for unwinding and offers a magnificent view of the Kampenwand mountain - ideal for sunny days and cosy evenings. The flat is furnished with warm wood and carpeted floors, creating a cosy atmosphere. You will find peace and relaxation in the separate bedroom with a double bed and direct access to the bathroom. The living room offers a comfortable dining area and a pull-out sofa bed, providing space for two additional guests. Wi-Fi, telephone and flat-screen satellite TV are available for your entertainment and comfort. The separate kitchen is well equipped and leaves nothing to be desired: a microwave, dishwasher, 4-ring ceramic hob with oven, fridge with freezer compartment, kettle, toaster and filter coffee machine are all available so you can indulge in culinary delights. The lovingly furnished two-room holiday apartment App22 impresses with a large south-facing balcony and a fantastic view of the Kampenwand. It is located in the well-maintained Gschwendtnerhof holiday complex with a total of 26 individually designed apartments. At an altitude of 840 metres in the idyllic high valley of Hintergschwendt - between Aschau im Chiemgau and Bernau am Chiemsee - you can enjoy peace and quiet, nature and a fantastic mountain backdrop, surrounded by meadows and forests between Kampenwand and Chiemsee. The apartment is the ideal starting point for hikes, bike tours and excursions in the region. Shops and restaurants of all kinds can be found in nearby Aschau or Bernau. A well-kept communal garden with wooden loungers, outdoor seating, barbecue area and open fire pit invites you to relax and socialise. In the basement, our guests have access to a sauna, two fitness machines (treadmill and exercise bike), a coin-operated washing machine and a coin-operated dryer. There is also a storage room, a drying room with ski storage and a cosy lounge with table tennis, table football, a play area and seating. Wi-Fi and ample parking are available free of charge. Pets are welcome - dogs are allowed in apartment App22 for an additional fee. We offer our guests a bread roll service (limited during the winter months). The nearby Lake Chiemsee - affectionately known as the 'Bavarian Sea' - is only about ten minutes away by car and offers a wide range of opportunities for steamboat trips, including visits to Herrenchiemsee Palace and the idyllic Fraueninsel, as well as water sports and relaxing days spent swimming. For those interested in culture, there is a wealth of excursion destinations: the cities of Salzburg, Munich and Kufstein, as well as the picturesque Königssee, are easily accessible in just over an hour and invite you to enjoy a variety of day trips.

For children and young people aged 6 to 15, the visitor's tax is EUR1.80 per person/night. Children up to the age of 5 are exempt from local tax. Arrival Description

Autobahn A8 München - Salzburg, Ausfahrt Frasdorf/Aschau. Nach 4 km sind Sie in Aschau und fahren im Kreisverkehr die zweite Abfahrt Richtung Bernau/Prien. 5 km weiter zweigt in Außerkoy eine Straße rechts ab. Dieser folgen Sie 3 km bergauf, bis Sie auf das Hochplateau von Hintergschwendt kommen. Einen großen Parkplatz finden Sie vor dem Haus.
