Experience relaxing days in our cosy holiday flat! Welcome to your perfect getaway! Our charming, bright 29 m2 one-room holiday flat invites you to enjoy a relaxing stay. Enjoy the spacious east-facing terrace, ideal for a cosy breakfast or for lingering in the fresh air. The lovingly furnished living room and bedroom offer two single beds that can be pushed together flexibly. An alpine-style dining and sitting area makes for cosy hours. Of course, free WLAN, telephone and flat-screen satellite TV are available so that you can stay connected at all times. The kitchenette is equipped with a 2-ring hob, kettle, coffee machine and a fridge with freezer compartment - perfect for small culinary delights. In the bathroom with shower/WC and hairdryer you will find everything you need for your daily refreshment. Bed linen and towels are of course provided, so you don't have to worry about a thing. The charming, bright App9 holiday apartment has a combined living room and bedroom as well as a spacious east-facing terrace. It is located in the well-maintained Gschwendtnerhof holiday complex with a total of 26 individually designed apartments. At an altitude of 840 metres in the idyllic high valley of Hintergschwendt - between Aschau im Chiemgau and Bernau am Chiemsee - you can enjoy peace and quiet, nature and a fantastic mountain backdrop, surrounded by meadows and forests between Kampenwand and Chiemsee. The apartment is the ideal starting point for hikes, bike tours and excursions in the region. Shops and restaurants of all kinds can be found in nearby Aschau or Bernau. A well-kept communal garden with wooden loungers, outdoor seating, barbecue area and open fireplace invites you to relax and socialise. In the basement, guests have access to a sauna, a coin-operated washing machine and a coin-operated dryer. There is also a storage room, a drying room with ski storage and a cosy lounge with table tennis, table football, a play area and seating. Wi-Fi and ample parking are available free of charge. Please note that pets are not allowed in this apartment (App9). A bread roll service is available from March to November. Order and pay conveniently yourself - for an enjoyable start to the day.

Environment description

The nearby Lake Chiemsee - affectionately known as the 'Bavarian Sea' - is only about ten minutes away by car and offers a wide range of opportunities for steamboat trips, including visits to Herrenchiemsee Palace and the idyllic Fraueninsel, as well as water sports and relaxing days spent swimming. For those interested in culture, there is a wealth of excursion destinations: the cities of Salzburg, Munich and Kufstein, as well as the picturesque Königssee, are easily accessible in just over an hour and invite you to enjoy a variety of day trips.

On a sunny high plateau surrounded by meadows and forests, holiday guests enjoy a magnificent mountain backdrop and the soothing tranquillity of nature. The holiday complex with 26 individually designed holiday apartments is accessible by car all year round and offers an ideal starting point for hikes, mountain tours, cycling tours, swimming, water sports and winter sports.

tourism tax / plus tourism tax The prices are exclusive of tourism tax of 2,00 EUR per person/night. For persons from the 7th to the completion of the 16th year of life 1,80 EUR. Children up to the age of 6 years are exempt from local tax. You pay the local tax at your host.

Arrival Description

Autobahn A8 München - Salzburg, Ausfahrt Frasdorf/Aschau. Nach 4 km sind Sie in Aschau und fahren im Kreisverkehr die zweite Abfahrt Richtung Bernau/Prien. 5 km weiter zweigt in Außerkoy eine Straße rechts ab. Dieser folgen Sie 3 km bergauf, bis Sie auf das Hochplateau von Hintergschwendt kommen. Einen großen Parkplatz finden Sie vor dem Haus.
