The high-quality, handcrafted wooden kitchen offers everything you need for your stay: a two-ring ceramic hob, oven, microwave, filter coffee machine, fridge with freezer compartment, toaster and kettle. The bathroom features a bath, toilet and hairdryer. Free Wi-Fi is, of course, available. Pets are not permitted, ensuring that those with allergies can also feel at ease. This open-plan loft apartment in the top floor of a detached house offers a bright, modern atmosphere and is accessed via a separate staircase at the rear. On the balcony with mountain views, you can enjoy peaceful moments surrounded by nature. A free parking space and free Wi-Fi are available.
You can set off on walks, hikes and bike rides straight from the front door. There is a charging point for e-bikes. Pets are not allowed, so those with allergies can feel at ease.

Arrival Description
By car: A8 motorway Munich/Salzburg – take the Aschau/Frasdorf or Bernau exit, then turn left towards Aschau/Kampenwandbahn.
Coming from Frasdorf: drive past the entrance to Aschau i.Ch., continue straight on Rosenheimer Straße, past the petrol station. At the roundabout, take the first exit towards Kampenwandseilbahn. Follow the road to the traffic lights and turn right, cross the bridge and turn left into the first street, “Zillibillerstraße”. Follow the road and take the second turning into Grüner Weg; the car park is directly in front of the building.
By train: Munich–Salzburg train service – from Prien station to Aschau on the Chiemgaubahn.
