The smaller of the two guest rooms with approx. 18 sqm is located in the attic on the 1st floor. The skylight has a roller shutter for darkening.

This cosy holiday flat can accommodate up to 4 people. The separate bedroom is fitted with a double bed (200 × 200 cm), a sofa bed and a TV. The living and dining area features a cosy corner bench with seating for up to 6 people, as well as a fully equipped kitchenette. The kitchenette is kitted out with crockery, cutlery, cookware, washing-up liquid, scourers and tea towels. There is also a fridge-freezer, a hob with an oven, a kettle, a toaster and a coffee machine. Cleaning products are also provided. A large, comfortable sofa is perfect for relaxing and watching TV. For entertainment, there is a flat-screen cable TV and free Wi-Fi. Internet access is available via both Wi-Fi and a cable connection. The bathroom is fitted with a shower, toilet and hairdryer. The windows have curtains and roller shutters. The bedroom has carpeted flooring.
You can access the holiday flat via a separate entrance at the side of the farmhouse. Although it does not have a balcony, you can make use of the large sunbathing lawn with an orchard, as well as the garden shed with barbecue facilities right next to the house.

Description
Centrally located at the entrance to Aschau im Chiemgau, right next to the Paediatric Orthopaedic Clinic, we warmly welcome you to our fully operational farm, the Daurerhof. Enjoy a relaxing and pleasant holiday in one of our guest rooms or our cosy holiday flat on our well-maintained farm in beautiful Aschau im Chiemgau in Upper Bavaria. It’s an ideal base for cycling and walking trips – for example, for a snack at the Maisalm, where our young cattle spend the summer. Our fully operational farm is child-friendly and is home to lots of animals, such as cats, chickens, cows and calves. The large play area offers plenty of opportunities for play with lots of play equipment for children, such as a wooden playhouse with a slide, a swing, a trampoline, a football goal, a children’s paddling pool and more – a little children’s paradise on the farm. Car park right next to the house.
Environment description
In 5 minutes you can walk to the town centre with its restaurants, shops, train station and bus stop, or go swimming at the Aschau bathing spot or the very quiet moor bathing spot. There are many sights and attractions to visit, such as Hohenaschau Castle, the Kampenwand cable car, Lake Chiemsee with its islands and Herrenchiemsee Castle, and many other excursion destinations in the Chiemgau region.
About the host
Room and Breakfast Information: We do not serve breakfast, but our two guest rooms are fully equipped so that you can easily cater for yourselves. The following are provided: a table and chairs, a coffee machine, a toaster, a kettle, crockery and washing-up utensils.
In the corridor outside the rooms, you’ll also find a fridge and a microwave, which you can share with the guests in another double room.
Holiday flat: Our holiday flat is fully equipped for self-catering.

The prices quoted are exclusive of tourism tax, which is €2.00 per person/night. For children and young people aged 6 to 15, the visitor's tax is €1.80 per person/night. Children up to the age of 5 are exempt from local tax. You pay the local tax for the municipality of Aschau i. Ch. directly to your host.
Arrival Description
From the A8 motorway, take the Frasdorf/Aschau exit towards Aschau. In Aschau, cross our river, the Prien, and then turn left at the maypole towards Bernau. Cross the Aschau/Prien railway line and pass the orthopaedic children's clinic. Immediately after the sharp right-hand bend, turn right into our courtyard. Welcome!
