The non-smoking holiday flat KampenWinkel for up to 4 people on the 1st floor is a beautiful, cosy maisonette holiday flat on two levels (68 m²) with two large balconies and a fantastic view of the Kampenwand.
On the upper floor (2nd floor / attic) are the bedroom with French bed 1.40 x 2 m and a living room with Smart TV, free Wi-Fi, small workstation and a comfortable sofa bed (1.40 x 2 m / slatted frame) and the bathroom. This has a bathtub, a separate shower with glass door and a toilet. There is also a washing machine and a hairdryer.
Downstairs (1st floor) in the kitchen/living area is another comfortable Roset sofa bed (1.40 x 2 m / slatted frame). You live in a spacious living room with an open-plan kitchen, which is fully equipped and offers all amenities such as a dishwasher, fridge with freezer compartment and kettle.
Important to note: The holiday flat is not barrier-free as there are two flights of stairs to and in the flat.
Dogs and pets are not allowed.

KampenWinkel: Fantastic mountain view: Two balconies on two floors. Biking & hiking from the house. The KampenWinkel holiday flat is a beautiful, cosy maisonette holiday flat on two levels (68 m²) with two large balconies and fantastic views of the Kampenwand - for gazing into the distance, dreaming and relaxing. Both balconies are well equipped with deckchairs and seating and dining areas.
The flat is located in the sunny part of Aschau, 10 minutes walk to the centre. The house is located in a quiet street, after 50 metres the fields and many valley hiking trails begin.
Whether waking up in the morning sun with a mountain backdrop or gazing at the starry sky at night, everything is possible!
In front of the house there is a free car parking space belonging to the holiday flat and a lockable garage for bicycles.

Environment description

Biking, swimming, mountain hiking?
It's all on the doorstep. A moorland swimming pool and a large natural swimming pool with volleyball court and small restaurant are within walking distance. A café with children's playground and petting zoo as well as the Chiemgau high ropes course.
The immediate surroundings offer countless walking and hiking routes for all fitness levels and for bike tours of all kinds.
Aschau offers all shopping facilities for daily needs and many restaurants with regional and international cuisine. Supermarket, bike hire and bakery are all within walking or cycling distance.

For gourmets & golfers:
Two golf courses (Prien and Patting) and three star chefs are located in Aschau, Frasdorf and Leitenberg, 15 minutes away by car. (Remember to book well in advance).

A boat trip is fun....
Lake Chiemsee with its boat trips, boat hire, water sports facilities (Felden, Prien-Stock etc.), Chiemsee beaches and the Prienavera, a large adventure pool, can be reached in 20 minutes by car or by bike.

The prices are exclusive of tourism tax of 2,00 € per person/night. For persons from the 7th to the completion of the 16th year of life 1,80 €. Children up to the age of 6 years are exempt from local tax. You pay the local tax at your host.

Arrival Description

By car: Motorway A8 Munich/Salzburg - exit Aschau / Frasdorf or Bernau, turn left towards Aschau/Kampenwandbahn.
Coming from Frasdorf: pass the entrance to Aschau i.Ch., straight ahead on Rosenheimer Straße, past the petrol station. At the roundabout take the 2nd exit towards Bernau. Follow the road, cross the railway track, after approx. 50 m in a sharp right-hand bend turn left into Höhenbergstraße in the direction of Cafe Pauli, on the right-hand side after a large meadow you will find our house after approx. 200 m on the right in a small cul-de-sac, house number 12a. Please park on the right next to the carport.
Coming from Bernau: pass the entrance to Aschau i.Ch., straight ahead on Bernauer Straße, after approx. 50 m turn right into Höhenbergstraße - see above.
By train: Munich-Salzburg train connection - from Prien station to Aschau with the Chiemgaubahn.
