Very quietly located holiday flat on the 1st floor, 73 sqm with a slight attic and a beautiful balcony with evening sun. The spacious flat has a bedroom, a bathroom with window, shower and bathtub, hairdryer, as well as a completely redesigned large living room with extended kitchen, dining and living room through a dormer.
The bedroom is furnished with a comfortable 1.8 m x 2 m double bed and an external roller blind for complete blackout. The living room offers an additional sleeping area with a fold-out sofa bed 1.40 m wide with slatted frame and mattress. All rooms can be reached via the spacious hallway. The kitchen is fully equipped with a 4-ring hob, oven, dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine, kettle, toaster and a fridge-freezer. In addition to the kitchen, the large living area offers a dining area for 4 people, as well as two cosy sofas with a view of the HD TV, free WiFi and streaming high-speed Internet.
High chair and cot/folding bed for children to set up in the flat. Mosquito screens in the living room and bedroom. Bed linen and towels are provided and a cordless telephone for free national calls is available to our guests. Dogs and pets are not allowed.

The spacious two-room non-smoking flat (73 sqm) is located in the Gschwendtnerhof apartment complex with 26 flats in the high valley of Hintergschwendt near Aschau in Chiemgau at 830 metres. Surrounded by meadows and forests between Kampenwand and Chiemsee, you can start your hikes directly from the house. Lake Chiemsee entices you with steamboat trips, water sports of all kinds, sunbathing and much more. Shops and restaurants of all kinds can be found in nearby Aschau im Chiemgau or in Bernau am Chiemsee. The Kampenwand cable car is only 15 minutes away by car. Excursion destinations such as Salzburg, Munich, Innsbruck, Kitzbühel, Königssee, Therme Erding can be reached by car in about 1-2 hours. The following facilities are also available to all our guests: Lawn with outdoor seating, sauna, lounge with table football, table tennis, play corner with books, coin-operated washing machine and coin-operated dryer, ski or bicycle room and ample parking. With the Aschau guest card you will receive many attractive offers and discounts upon arrival. Dogs and pets are not allowed. A bread roll service is offered from March to November.

Sie folgen der Beschilderung "Gschwendtnerhof" und fahren 3 km bergauf, bis Sie das Hochtal von Hintergschwendt erreichen. Vor dem Haus finden Sie einen großen Parkplatz.
