You will stay in our 55 m² s'Zuahäusl holiday apartment on the first floor, which has a wonderful south- and west-facing balcony, ensuring you enjoy a comfortable stay with us in Göttersberg. Large open-plan living room with modern kitchenette, well equipped with dishwasher, stove with ceramic hob/oven, refrigerator/freezer compartment, cosy large sofa corner, satellite TV, free WiFi and reading corner. The apartment has natural wood floors, underfloor heating and a wood-burning stove for rustic cosiness. The bedroom has natural wood furnishings, a 180 x 200 cm double bed with comfortable mattresses, bed linen and reading lamps. South and west-facing balcony with a magnificent view of Aschau and the mountains. Bathroom with shower/WC, large towel radiator and underfloor heating. Hairdryer, towels and bath towels are provided. Dogs and pets are not allowed.

Description

Our new exclusive holiday apartment for two people is located between Chiemsee and Kampenwand in the ‘Zuahäusl’ section of the Kailhof on the Göttersberg. Completed in summer 2020, it is on the first floor, measures 55 square metres, has west- and south-facing balconies, and is slightly elevated with a magnificent view of the mountains and surrounding countryside. Modernity and sustainability are reflected in this dream holiday apartment. A place to feel good, relax and enjoy. On request, we offer a bread roll service and organic milk and eggs from our neighbouring farm. The Bärnsee nature reserve is in the immediate vicinity and is ideal for wonderful hikes or walks. We are the ideal starting point for bike tours towards Chiemsee and the mountains. We have a lockable storage room for your bikes. Parking is available at the house. If you arrive by electric car, you will find a charging station for electric cars, which is powered by solar energy from our own PV system. A lockable bicycle garage with charging facilities for your e-bikes is available for your bicycles.

We also rent out a 68 m² holiday apartment with two bedrooms for 4 people in the ‘Kailhof’ farm next door. Dogs and pets are not allowed.

The prices are exclusive of tourism tax of 2,00 € per person/night. For persons from the 7th to the completion of the 16th year of life 1,80 €. Children up to the age of 6 years are exempt from local tax. You pay the local tax at your host.

Mit dem Auto: Autobahn A8 München/Salzburg - Ausfahrt Aschau / Frasdorf oder Bernau, links Richtung Aschau/Kampenwandbahn.

Von Frasdorf kommend: vorbei an der Ortseinfahrt Aschau i.Ch., geradeaus auf der Rosenheimer Straße, an der Tankstelle vorbei, im Kreisverkehr die zweite Abfahrt in Richtung Bernau abbiegen, folgen Sie dem Straßenverlauf, nach Ortsschild Ende nach ca. nach 750 m in einer rechts Kurve, links nach Göttersberg abbiegen, die Anhöhe hochfahren. Die erste Straße rechts abbiegen, auf der rechten Seite Hausnummer 1.

Von Bernau kommend: Richtung Aschau fahren, nach dem Ortsschild Ende Bernau an Außerkoy vorbei fahren danach nach ca. 100 m rechts nach Göttersberg abbiegen, die Anhöhe hochfahren. Die erste Straße rechts abbiegen, auf der rechten Seite Haus-Nr. 1.

Mit der Bahn: Zugverbindung München - Salzburg - Aussteigebahnhof Bernau oder Prien. Ab Bahnhof Prien nach Aschau mit der Chiemgaubahn.

nur Kleinigkeiten: am Tisch wäre eine kleine Tischlampe schön - der Teppich benötigt eine Anti Rutsch Unterlage und in der Küche wären ein oder zwei Schüsseln hilfreich ( Salatzubereitung, Obst )

War sehr erholsam und mit dem Fahrrad ist man schnell am Chiemsee. Gastgeber waren sehr freundlich. Auch die Gastronomie war hervorragend. Man kann einfach vielseitig (wandern, schwimmen, radfahren etc.) etwas unternehmen 👍
