A 49 sqm, light-flooded holiday flat awaits you. The newly designed rooms invite you to relax and unwind. Enjoy a wonderful view of the surrounding mountains from the large southwest terrace. Experience true holiday feelings. Sleep like a log in the luxury box spring bed (180 x 200 cm) with 2 different degrees of firmness (H3 on the left, H2 on the right by the window). Spend pleasant hours in the spacious and cosy living room with modern seating area. A high-quality box-spring sofa bed (140 x 200 cm) including topper also allows a third guest or two children to sleep comfortably. The TV with Ambilight backlighting invites you to spend a cosy evening watching TV. In the hallway, you will find a spacious wardrobe, shoe rack, coat rack and mirror as well as a large fridge-freezer combination in trendy vintage style. The flat also has a fully equipped kitchen (cooker with 4 hot plates incl. oven, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, dishes, pots and pans). The renovated bathroom (WC, washbasin, shower cubicle, fittings), as well as new doors in all living areas underline the feel-good ambience. A travel cot for children up to 3 years can be provided on request. Pets and dogs are not allowed.

Environment description

The mountaineering village of Sachrang is nestled in picturesque countryside in close proximity to numerous, renowned mountains and Lake Chiemsee on the Bavarian side, as well as the majestic Kaiser Mountains and the Kitzbühel Alps on the Tyrolean side. Enjoy boundless nature and benefit from the excellent location for countless activities: Summer: hiking, mountain biking, cycling, climbing, swimming, sailing, golfing, family holidays, rafting, castles, boat trips on Lake Chiemsee, festival in Erl, Alpine animal park. Winter: Cross-country skiing, skiing (small children's ski area incl. ski school directly in Sachrang, the ski areas in Durchholzen, Hochkössen and Winklmoosalm can be reached in no time by car), ski tours, tobogganing. There are no limits to the activities! Very attractive tours, e.g. to the Wildbichl Alm or to the Karspitze, start right outside the front door across the green border to Tyrol. Dogs and pets are unfortunately not allowed in our holiday flat.

Kurbezirk II: The prices quoted do not include the spa tax of EUR 1.30 per person/night. For persons from 7 to 16 years of age 1,15 EUR. Children up to the age of 6 and severely disabled persons with a reduction in earning capacity of at least 80% and any accompanying person registered on the pass are exempt from the spa tax.

Arrival Description

After leaving the A 8 motorway at Frasdorf, drive through Aschau until you reach our holiday complex after approx. 12 km. Drive past the village of Sachrang until you see a sign "Ferienwelt oberes Priental" (turn off Karspitzweg) pointing you to your holiday home.
