Description

Beautiful and very quiet location with a view of the mountains. The accommodation is centrally located. The apartment is located in the attic, we ourselves live on the first floor. The apartment is about 80 sqm and is equipped with bedroom, living room / dining room, free wifi, bathroom with rain shower and large bathtub, and small kitchen. Highlight is the large balcony. A free parking space is available at the house. You are welcome to bring a dog for an extra charge.

Environment description

The accommodation is centrally located and ideal to be able to reach everything in the village on foot or by car to many different destinations, the Chiemsee is only 7 km away. The center with Edeka, train station Aschau, various restaurants, bakery, butcher and the valley station of the Kampenwand cable car is within 15 minutes walking distance. To relax in the spa in Bad Aibling they drive 30 km.

One dog allowed, please contact your host before arrival. When booking online, if the price was not listed separately and added to the booking confirmation, the surcharge per dog must be paid extra on arrival.

The prices are exclusive of tourism tax of 2,00 € per person/night. For persons from the 7th to the completion of the 16th year of life 1,80 €. Children up to the age of 6 years are exempt from local tax. You pay the local tax at your host.

Arrival Description

By car: Motorway A8 Munich/Salzburg - exit Aschau / Frasdorf or Bernau, left direction Aschau/Kampenwandbahn. Coming from Frasdorf: past the entrance to Aschau i.Ch., straight ahead on Rosenheimer Straße, past the gas station. At the traffic circle take the 1st exit in the direction of the Kampenwand cable car. Follow the road, straight over the traffic lights until you see the Sparkasse bank on the right, there turn left into Aufhamer Str., follow Aufhamerstr., turn left into Amselweg.
