Description
Detached luxury holiday home (approx. 165 sqm) in a quiet location on the outskirts of the village, with a magnificent view of the surrounding mountains. Three to four bedrooms, for 6-8 persons and two bathrooms await you to enjoy your holidays in a large, modern and comfortable holiday home with fireplace. After hiking or skiing, the sauna with shower for 4-5 people or the heated outdoor whirlpool in the garden invite you to relax. The meeting point in the basement is definitely our billiard room with darts, smart TV and sound system, leather couch, an armchair and two stools. Short walking distance to the valley station of the Kampenwand cable car, to Hohenaschau Castle, to the restaurants, to the Hohenaschau festival hall and to the bus stop. Dogs and pets are not allowed.
Environment description
Schliersee is about 35 km from the holiday home and Rosenheim is about 18 km away. The nearest airport is Munich Airport, approx. 76 km from Ferienhaus Hohenaschau.

Kurbezirk I: The prices quoted do not include the health resort tax of € 1.50 per person/night. For persons from 7 to 16 years of age 1,30 €. Children up to the age of 6 and severely disabled persons with a reduction in earning capacity of at least 80 % and any accompanying person registered in the identity card are exempt from the spa tax.
Arrival Description
By car: Motorway A8 Munich/Salzburg - exit Aschau/Frasdorf or Bernau, turn left towards Aschau/Kampenwandbahn.
Coming from Frasdorf: pass the entrance to Aschau i. Ch., straight ahead on Rosenheimer Straße, past the petrol station. At the roundabout take the 1st exit in the direction of the Kampenwand cable car. Follow the road for approx. 2 km through the village in the direction of Schloss Hohenaschau, after an open meadow turn left into the first street "Hoffeld". House no. 7 on the left.
Coming from Bernau: pass the entrance to Aschau i. Ch., straight ahead on Bernauer Straße, approx. 50 m after crossing the railway track in the roundabout take the 2nd exit in the direction of the Kampenwand cable car, follow the road for approx. 2 km through the village - see above.
