Description
The Gschwendtnerhof is located in the Hintergschwendt high valley at the foot of the Kampenwand and is accessible by car all year round. Nestled in idyllic nature, surrounded by meadows and forests, it offers impressive views of the mountains and the "Bavarian Sea" in addition to numerous opportunities for hiking, mountaineering and mountain biking. Hintergschwendt is a quiet district of the municipality of Aschau i.Chiemgau. In 1984, the Gschwendtnerhof was rebuilt as a holiday complex with 26 holiday flats and a restaurant in Upper Bavarian farmhouse style. Many excursion destinations in the Chiemsee and Chiemgau area up to the Berchtesgadener Land can be reached within an hour's drive, also Munich and Salzburg.
In the basement: sauna for a fee, storage room and drying room/ski room, communal lounge with table tennis, table football, play corner and seating. Sufficient parking spaces available. Restaurant with beer garden in the same house at the back.

Arrival Description
A8 München-Salzburg, Ausfahrt Frasdorf/Aschau. Nach 4 km biegen Sie in Aschau, nach der Flussbrücke, in Richtung Bernau/Prien ab. 3 km weiter zweigt in Außerkoy eine Straße rechts ab. Sie folgen der Beschilderung "Gschwendtnerhof" und fahren 3 km bergauf, bis Sie das Hochtal von Hintergschwendt erreichen. Vor dem Haus finden Sie einen großen Parkplatz.
