Look forward to a non-smoking holiday flat with a spacious living room and modern kitchen with dishwasher and Nespresso machine, a designer bathroom with shower and a separate bedroom that is as beautiful to look at (oak parquet flooring, old wood exposed beams) as it is comfortable (electric blinds, spacious wardrobe). Floor-to-ceiling windows, underfloor heating and controlled ventilation provide light, air and a good indoor climate. The "Zellerhorn" flat has its own small terrace. If you like, you can spend your holiday on two levels: From the living area with dining area and "chill out area" (couch + satellite TV, free WLAN and Internet connection), a sporty and steep (!) staircase leads up to the gallery, where two more single beds and a sofa bed await tired heads. - Come on in, you'll love it. Both flats are conditionally handicapped accessible and can be used by two people at ground level. Please check before booking if the flat is suitable for your handicap.

Description
Come on in! In a quiet location on the outskirts of the village, two beautiful holiday flats for two to four or five people await you in our house built in 2016. With large windows and plenty of views of the mountains (one) and the village (the other) and equipped with everything you need in a "holiday home", they are the ideal anchorage for your holidays in the Chiemgau mountains. Furniture and accessories made of natural materials, in clear shapes and calm colours provide for a relaxed living feeling. Look forward to a holiday retreat where it is just as much fun to come home after an eventful day as it is to set off in the morning.
Both holiday flats are conditionally handicapped accessible and can be inhabited by two people at ground level, please inform yourself before booking if the flat is suitable for your handicap.
About the host
Guests receive discounts at the in-house wine shop with a largeselection of Italian wines, and wine tastings can also be arranged.

tourism tax / plus tourism tax
The prices are exclusive of tourism tax of 2,00 € per person/night. For persons from the 7th to the completion of the 16th year of life 1,80 €. Children up to the age of 6 years are exempt from local tax. You pay the local tax at your host.
Arrival Description
Car: Motorway A8 Munich/Salzburg, exit Aschau/Frasdorf, turn left towards Aschau, past the entrance to Aschau, at the roundabout take the 1st exit towards the Kampenwand cable car, through Aschau until you reach Cafe König and then immediately left into Aufhamer Straße, house on the right with the number 41b.
