You will stay in a very bright, cosy and generously furnished holiday flat "Kaiserblick" 75 sqm on the ground floor, with terrace and magnificent view of the Zahmen Kaiser. Two separate bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with two single beds and a pull-out sofa bed. The exclusive bathroom with rain shower, bathtub, WC, hairdryer and underfloor heating is a small wellness oasis where you can relax well. The large, sunny eat-in kitchen has a modern equipped kitchenette with stove/oven, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, a corner bench with dining table and a sofa, flat screen TV with SAT-TV and free WLAN. From here there is direct access to the beautiful, large garden with terrace, sunbathing lawn and play facilities for the children. Dogs and pets are not allowed. The flat is on the ground floor, but has an entrance step in front of the front door. It is therefore very suitable for people with walking difficulties, but unfortunately not for wheelchair users. Families with children are very welcome.

Welcome to our cosy holiday flat, which is ideal for relaxing days in the midst of nature! Enjoy the central and quiet location with a marvellous view of the majestic Kaiser Mountains. A free bus service takes you conveniently to Aschau and the picturesque Chiemsee, so you can explore the surrounding area at your leisure. Our holiday flat on the ground floor offers you an inviting retreat, with only one small entrance step, which makes it particularly suitable for disabled guests, but unfortunately not for wheelchair users. Families with children are very welcome and we look forward to making your stay an unforgettable one. Please note that we unfortunately cannot accept dogs or other pets. Right on the doorstep, you have many recreational opportunities such as hiking, mountain biking, mountaineering and cycling tours. In the immediate vicinity you will find many interesting excursion destinations such as Lake Chiemsee with Herrenchiemsee Castle and Fraueninsel, Kampenwand, Hohenaschau Castle and Kufstein. Munich, Salzburg and Innsbruck are also within an hour's drive. In the snowy winter, the cross-country trails, ski lifts (ideal for children and beginners) are within walking distance. The large skiing areas of Tyrol are also only 30 minutes away by car.

The prices are exclusive of tourism tax of 2,00 € per person/night. For persons from the 7th to the completion of the 16th year of life 1,80 €. Children up to the age of 6 years are exempt from local tax. You pay the local tax at your host.
Arrival Description
Take the A 8 Munich-Salzburg motorway to the Frasdorf/Aschau exit. At the end of the exit turn left in the direction of Aschau and follow the road through Aschau to Sachrang (approx. 15 km from the motorway). In Sachrang turn right into Kirchstraße and after 500 m you will find us on the left hand side.
