Description
Modern living in a historic house, with several flats, at the foot of the Kampenwand. Two minutes' walk to the Kampenwand cable car, Hohenaschau Castle, falconry, bus stop and various restaurants with beer gardens. Ideal starting point for many hikes on the Kampenwand and the Hochries area or bike tours with the e-bike in the Chiemsee region. It is 2 km to the centre of the village and the railway station. Each flat has its own lockable cellar compartment, which can also be used as a bicycle shelter. Flat #4 has its own garage, flats #7 and #9 have a parking space. Dogs are allowed in flat #7 and #9, no dogs or pets are allowed in flat #4.

Mit dem Auto: Autobahn A8 München/Salzburg - Ausfahrt Aschau / Frasdorf oder Bernau, links Richtung Aschau/Kampenwandbahn.
Von Frasdorf kommend: vorbei an der Ortseinfahrt Aschau i.Ch., geradeaus auf der Rosenheimer Straße, an der Tankstelle vorbei, im Kreisverkehr die 1. Abfahrt in Richtung Kampenwandbahn. Folgen Sie dem Straßenverlauf ca. 2 km durch den Ort, nach der freien Wiese, gleich nach dem Gasthof Baumbach, biegen Sie links ein.
Von Bernau kommend: vorbei an der Ortseinfahrt Aschau i.Ch., geradeaus auf der Bernauer Straße, ca. 50 m nach der Bahngleis-Überquerung, im Kreisverkehr die 2. Abfahrt in Richgung Kampenwandbahn, siehe oben.
