Description

Modern living in a historic building with several flats at the foot of the Kampenwand mountain. The App9 is accessible by lift in the building. A two-minute walk to the Kampenwandbahn cable car, Hohenaschau Castle, falconry, bus stop and various restaurants with beer gardens. Ideal starting point for many hikes on the Kampenwand and the Hochries area or e-bike tours in the Chiemsee region. The town centre and railway station are 2 km away. The flat has its own lockable basement compartment, which can also be used as a bicycle shelter. Free parking space at the building. Dogs are welcome for an additional fee.

tourism tax / plus tourism tax
The prices quoted are exclusive of tourism tax, which is €2.00 per person/night. For children and young people aged 6 to 15, the visitor's tax is €1.80 per person/night. Children up to the age of 5 are exempt from local tax. You pay the local tax for the municipality of Aschau i. Ch. directly to your host.

Arrival Description

By car: Take the A8 motorway Munich/Salzburg – exit at Aschau/Frasdorf or Bernau, turn left towards Aschau/Kampenwandbahn.

Coming from Frasdorf: drive past the entrance to Aschau i.Ch., continue straight ahead on Rosenheimer Straße, past the petrol station, and take the first exit at the roundabout towards Kampenwandbahn. Follow the road for approx. 2 km through the village, after the open meadow, immediately after Gasthof Baumbach, turn left.

Coming from Bernau: pass the entrance to Aschau i.Ch., continue straight ahead on Bernauer Straße, approx. 50 m after crossing the railway tracks, take the 2nd exit at the roundabout towards Kampenwandbahn, see above.
