Enjoy your holidays in our bright, cosy and spacious non-smoking holiday flat with 77 sqm of living space on the first floor of a historic house in Aschau im Chiemgau. The flat combines comfort, style and family-friendliness - ideal for couples or small families. Particularly noteworthy is the large west-facing balcony with a marvellous view of the surrounding mountains, which makes every moment a pleasure. 
The open-plan living area is lovingly furnished and invites you to linger with a wood-burning stove, a comfortable couch, a cosy dining area, flat-screen cable TV and free WiFi. The modern fitted kitchen is fully equipped with a ceramic hob and oven, dishwasher, fridge with freezer compartment, coffee machine and toaster - perfect for cooking and enjoying meals together.
The separate bedroom with comfortable double bed guarantees restful nights. A spiral staircase leads to the open gallery with a sofa bed, which is suitable for an additional adult or two children. For children, the upper area also offers a cosy bunk bed and a lovingly furnished play corner with lots of books and games - a little paradise under the roof. 
The bathroom has a shower/bathtub and WC. We are happy to provide a baby travel cot on request. Please note that dogs and pets are not allowed in our holiday flat.

Visit our heavenly holiday flat in the historic Haus Elisabeth in Aschau im Chiemgau. Central and very quiet residential location at the foot of Hohenaschau Castle. The flat offers couples, singles as well as families with children numerous possibilities. From the spacious balcony, you have an excellent mountain and stream view. Relax to the soothing sound of the brook, not far from the flat is a refreshing Kneipp facility built into the brook. To gondola up to the Kampenwand, the valley station of the Kampenwandbahn is a 10-minute walk away. The Chiemgau offers a variety of leisure activities all year round, such as hiking, cycling tours, swimming in Lake Chiemsee or skiing and cross-country skiing in winter. Please note that dogs and pets are not allowed in our holiday flat.

About the host

An underground car park is available for our flat and there is a bicycle parking space in front of the house. 
For a fee: washing machine and tumble dryer in the cellar. 

Our spacious 77 m² non-smoking holiday flat is located on the first floor of a historic house in Aschau im Chiemgau and can accommodate up to three people. It impresses with its light-flooded living area and a large west-facing balcony with a marvellous view of the Chiemgau mountains. The flat is ideal for couples or small families looking for relaxation in natural surroundings. A comfortable double bed in the separate bedroom ensures a restful night's sleep. A spiral staircase leads to the open gallery, where there is a sofa bed for one adult or two children as well as a bunk bed in the form of a cosy ‘sleeping bunk’. Children can also look forward to numerous books and games.

tourism tax / plus tourism tax
The prices are exclusive of tourism tax of 2,00 € per person/night. For persons from the 7th to the completion of the 16th year of life 1,80 €. Children up to the age of 6 years are exempt from local tax. You pay the local tax at your host.

Arrival Description

By car: Motorway A8 Munich/Salzburg - exit Aschau / Frasdorf or Bernau, turn left towards Aschau/Kampenwandbahn.

Coming from Frasdorf: pass the entrance to Aschau i.Ch., straight ahead on Rosenheimer Straße, past the petrol station. Follow the road until the traffic lights, turn right at the traffic lights until you reach the pharmacy, then turn left into Zellerhornstr., follow the road for approx. 1.5 km, house no. 66 on the left.

Coming from Bernau: pass the entrance to Aschau i.Ch., straight ahead on Bernauer Straße, approx. 50 m after crossing the railway track turn left towards the Kampenwand cable car, follow the road until the traffic lights, then see above.
