Welcome to our modern, spacious and light-flooded non-smoking loft holiday flat with 60 m² of living space - a place to arrive and feel at home. The flat is easily accessible via a stair lift and thus also offers guests with limited mobility comfortable access, 3 steps must be negotiated to reach the living area. The open-plan loft living space boasts large windows that let in plenty of natural light and create a friendly, inviting atmosphere. A comfortable sofa and a cosy reading chair invite you to relax. A modern flat-screen satellite TV provides entertainment and, of course, free Wi-Fi is available. The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped and flows seamlessly into the dining area with flat-screen TV. A visual room divider creates privacy in the sleeping area, which is furnished with a comfortable double bed. There is also a fold-out bed for two more people, making the flat ideal for small families or couples of friends.
