Description

The location of the house is characterised by its very central location. You live in the centre of the village, in the immediate vicinity there is a grocery shop, the Gasthof Kampenwand with Bavarian cuisine, various cafés, bakeries and butchers. The bus stop to the mountaineering village of Sachrang and Rosenheim is just a few minutes' walk away, as is the railway station, where you can take the train to Prien on Lake Chiemsee and change trains to Munich and Salzburg. Great walks and hikes can be taken from the front door along the Prien river and up the surrounding mountains to the summit cross of the Kampenwand, or you can take the Kampenwand cable car up. The holiday flat is located in a block of flats with several parties. On the ground floor there is a hairdresser, a bike shop and a physiotherapy practice. A separate side staircase leads to the holiday flat. You live very centrally for your stay at the clinic and are only a five-minute walk from the Orthopaedic Children's Clinic.  You are welcome to bring a dog for an additional charge. Coin-operated washing machine and tumble dryer in the house. On request and subject to availability, it is possible to hire a child carrier, travel cot and sledge.

tourism tax / plus tourism tax
The prices are exclusive of tourism tax of 2,00 € per person/night. For persons from the 7th to the completion of the 16th year of life 1,80 €. Children up to the age of 6 years are exempt from local tax. You pay the local tax at your host.

Arrival Description

Motorway A 8: Munich - Salzburg, exit Frasdorf/Aschau, drive approx. 5 km in the direction of Aschau. Follow the road in the village and take the exit into the village at the roundabout, then turn left into the car park at the roundabout. The holiday flat is located above the hairdresser's shop.
