Spacious non-smoking maisonette flat, 100 sqm over two floors. On the ground floor with south-facing terrace and 1st floor with south-facing balcony. It is suitable for 2 - 5 people and offers two spacious bedrooms with double beds, one with an extra bed. Here you will also find a large bathroom with bathtub and WC. On the ground floor you will find the spacious living room with couch, SAT-TV and dining area. Next to it is the separate kitchen with storage room. There is also a separate guest toilet on the ground floor.
Bed linen is provided, please bring your own towels. Dogs and pets are not allowed. The underground parking space for your car is directly accessible from the basement of the flat.

Description
Quiet and central residential location in an apartment building, next to the spa gardens, the tourist information and the river Prien. Fantastic and unobstructed view of the Kampenwand and Hohenaschau Castle. Ideally suited for families, there is a small, very nice children's playground in the immediate vicinity and the renaturalised Prien to cool your feet in summer. An underground parking space is reserved for the holiday flat. Dogs and pets are not allowed.
Environment description
The flat is an ideal starting point for walks along the Prien river, various hikes on our mountains or you can cycle the entire Chiemsee region on your e-bike. A few minutes' walk to various restaurants and cafés, 10 minutes' walk to the Kampenwand cable car to take the cable car up to the Kampenwand, into town to various shopping facilities, to Hohenaschau Castle and falconry.

The prices are exclusive of tourism tax of 2,00 € per person/night. For persons from the 7th to the completion of the 16th year of life 1,80 €. Children up to the age of 6 years are exempt from local tax. You pay the local tax at your host.
Arrival Description
By car: Motorway A8 Munich/Salzburg - exit Aschau / Frasdorf or Bernau, turn left towards Aschau/Kampenwandbahn.
Coming from Frasdorf: pass the entrance to Aschau i.Ch., straight ahead on Rosenheimer Straße, past the petrol station. At the roundabout take the 1st exit in the direction of the Kampenwand cable car. Follow the road for approx. 1 km through the village in the direction of the Tourist Info, turn into the Tourist Info. On the left side in the second row is the apartment building with your holiday flat.
Coming from Bernau: pass the entrance to Aschau i.Ch., straight ahead on Bernauer Straße, approx. 50 m after crossing the railway track at the roundabout take the 2nd exit towards the Kampenwand cable car, follow the road for approx. 1 km through the village - see above.
