The flat has two separate bedrooms, furnished with lovely country-style furniture. Both rooms are furnished with a double bed, one of which also has a comfortable sofa bed - ideal for families or guests who want a little more space. The open-plan living room with its cosy couch, corner bench and dining table invites you to sit together. The fully equipped kitchenette has everything you need for your stay: Ceramic hob with oven, dishwasher, fridge with freezer compartment, filter coffee machine, toaster and kettle.
The bathroom has a shower/bathtub, WC and hairdryer. There is also a separate WC, which is particularly popular with families or several fellow travellers.
Children are very welcome here - a highchair or baby travel cot can be provided on request. A dog can be brought along for an extra charge.
For an enjoyable start to the day, you can book breakfast at our neighbouring farm. There we will spoil you with regional products and fresh farm produce.

The fully equipped kitchenette has a dishwasher, filter coffee machine, capsule machine, 4-ring hob with oven, fridge with freezer compartment, toaster and kettle.
The bathroom is equipped with a shower, WC and hairdryer and offers everything you need for a pleasant start to the day.
Children are very welcome - we are happy to provide you with a highchair or a baby travel cot on request. You can bring a dog with you for an extra charge.

Description
Our holiday flat is in the adjoining house, which belongs to the farm "Auerhof". The Auerhof farm with cows, calves, rabbits, cats and goats is located in the Außerwald district, 3.5 km from the village in the direction of Sachrang. Both villages, Aschau im Chiemgau and the mountaineering village of Sachrang can be reached free of charge by bus. Various walking and hiking trails, whether along the Prien river to the waterfall in Schoßrinn or up the surrounding mountains, you have a wide choice. With the e-bike it is no problem to undertake wonderful cycle tours through the region. We have plenty of space for children around the farm, even with a small football pitch. Own alpine pasture in the Spitzstein area. In a few minutes by car you can reach the Kampenwand cable car, the village with its shops and restaurants and the Orthopaedic Children's Clinic. You are welcome to bring a dog for an extra charge. We also rent rooms in the Auerhof farm next door, you can book breakfast on site.

On request – and bookable on arrival – we’ll spoil you daily with fresh bread rolls, milk and eggs delivered right to your door. Or you can start your day with breakfast in the farm’s breakfast room – featuring fresh eggs and milk straight from the farm.

The prices quoted are exclusive of tourism tax, which is €2.00 per person/night. For children and young people aged 6 to 15, the visitor's tax is €1.80 per person/night.
