Ruhige, sonnige Wohnlage am Fluss der Prien und doch mitten im Ortszentrum gelegen. Unser Haus ist nach hinten gesetzt und in der 2. Häuserreihe zur Hauptstraße, daher sehr ruhig. Herrlicher Ausblick auf die gesamte Bergkette mit Kampenwand und Zellerhorn. Sehr kurze Wege zu den Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, wie Bäcker und Metzgerei, verschiedene Gaststätten und Cafés. 500 m zum Bahnhof mit Bushaltestelle und 15 Gehminuten zur Orthopädischer Kinderklinik. Idealer Ausgangspunkt vieler schöner Spaziergänge und Bergwandertouren. Radtouren mit dem E-Bike ab der Haustüre in die gesamte Chiemsee Region. Parkplatz für PKW vor dem Haus. Hunde und Haustiere dürfen nicht mitgebracht werden.
